IMTUG #7 close

Today for the very first time I closed the #7 IMTUG! It is to my knowledge, the hardest two finger gripper in the world and Ironmind does say that if you can index/middle finger close this bad boy then you should be on the level of the #3.5 to #4 range!

Thanks man. Just keep training and you will get it. I am just barely able to get the #6 with my pinkie and ring and I can do 20+ reps with the #5 pinkie/ring. The #7 is a HUGE jump from the #6 and frustrated me for months. I've still yet to TNS it.

the RGC average numbers are 128lbs. The high end is around 134 I think. When you take into account that most #3 grippers are about 150 and this is with only two fingers, the IMTUG #7 is a formitable challenge for most. However, I have seen a video with Teemu I think closing the #7 with his pinkie/ring so that makes my videos of the #7 pale in comparison.
