PMC stands for Private Military Company. It is basiclly any military organisation, usually owned by some goverment or intelligence center like American CIA or Russian GRU. In MW3, it is TF141 leftovers + Russian Spetsnaz Loyalists.

It is also possible that they are hired guns of the allied nations that want a situation controlled without needing to deploy units. Either way, nobody exactly knows.
These themes sound really cool when you're listenin to them with Turtle Beach Earforce X12 s just bought em today best headset iv'e ever worn so highly reccomend them
