Too bad you weren't born in the US, in 1950. I work for a guy, whom photographed mussel cars. Don't remember the race track, but he was the only guy doing it, made a lot of money as well. Could sell 100 prints at 10 dollars each, a lot for 1968, for one weekend. People would track him down 30 to 40 years later still, looking for the pictures. Some one like you could have rocked, 🤟 down on a race track. 🏁
because of - we can´t plan the weather - its so tricky and fascinating to shoot. Doesn´t matter if cars or portraits or weddings. We have to handle the weather as it is. Like your shots. I had the D700. that's the problem with Nikons. the pictures that come out, doesn't look like what you see. You ended up having to do lots of post processing to get a look. On the other hand, the Leica Q that i switched up to. It looks perfect straight out. Wish that you get to shoot Leica soon.
I see you use an R6 too and I'm really struggeling becausemost decent RF glass is crazy expensive. How happy are you with adapting EF glass? I'm seriously thinking of switching to sony just for 3rd party native glass that doesn't cost >2k each. A shame because I used to love Canon

Photography is such a minefield isn’t it I’m absolutely loving it and sometimes I think I’m really nailing it and doing a fantastic job and then other days I feel like I should just returned my camera😂

Great video although slightly disappointed that it didn't feature any gateau (maybe this is a British thing). Did you consider doing a sky replacement?
Yes have though about it, but I wanted to keep it as natural as possible. And by using the mask, I still kept it quite natural looking. And got the result I had in mind 😊
@@inyourfayes forsure! I used to all the time but got so wrapped up in the studio business that I was doing for a while that I didn’t get out to much. Now that im back on my own and shut the studio down I want to get back out traveling 👌 California has a handful of spots I’m dying to go to still. Heading to lake Tahoe for freediving and underwater shooting 📸🎥. Got my wet suit on the way right now! So stoked
never ever do rolling shots again like this!! always secure yourself with a harness and straps! always secure the trunk so it cannot fell down.. shooting cars over 10 years now and there were sooo many accidents during rolling shots.. always try to have a head set connected to a walkie talkie to you can focus and the shots and don't have to wave with your arms.. your setup looks Sooo scary to be honest! stay safe! cheers
If you wash your hair with distilled water when somewhere like Bali it won't get frizzy. That's a tip I learned from @MarkusPix who's a photographer/movie director.
