My wide range of sensory issues are particularly painful. I get vibrations, crawly, tingles, heat, everywhere: feet, hands, leg, belly. It seemed to start after my anaphylactic event after taking Levaquin for two days. It’s been 20 years. Those sensations calmed down but flared up recently where I feel these symptoms all day.

So ive been back and forth to the gp. She has failed to make a clear diagnosis. 3 years so far. It started with what looked like costochondritis. Became back ache, sore throat, shoulder pain, pins and needles both hands, now feet, dry eyes and mouth. Swollen middle toe that wont heal. Ive had mri on spine, revealed mild scoliosis. Xrays hands and feet. Osteoarthritis in left hand no active erosions. Tests normal except for low b12, which is now sorted. The symptoms seem progressive. Ive had ra test which came back normal. No diabetes and tsh levels normal. Slightly raised c-reactive below 1. Any ideas?

Hi Doctor. Could you discuss MGUS IgM peripheral neuropathy. I think I got it from drinking the toxic waters at camp Lejuene.
I have VA oncologist however all he is looking for is Multiple Myeloma. And is dismissing my complaint of increase weakness and pain while I walk and left sided carpal tunnel syndrome which I read is related to MGUS as well.
Thinking of getting a second opinion. Thanks
