Solid block is not only used for compound wall, we are constructing more than 10m height with proper tie beam in solid block wall.

If you make column and beams to withstand the flyash dead load | you building becomes uneconomical | Using the fly ash in a building designed for conventional brick unit weight wont make you building collapse rather the FOS will be become very low | You can use fly ash for load bearing structures & soil retaining portions in my opinion
