Thank you for bringing this elder. It is admirable how he knows the different sub-counties, where he was born etc, These are Ugandans who enlighten us what Uganda was back then. How do you tell this elder he is not Ugandan? I am not sure how it happened that Ugandans have to reapply. Citizenship does not expire.
