Keep in mind Roccia will be BiS for any future Havoc as well, especially on S2. Sanhua is a good choice, but just for Normal Attack Havocs, and even for them, Roccia is better, Sanhua is just a f2p good replacement.

Personally gonna wait for her re-run. Need to save after the Carlotta banner for brant👌🏽, and my Camellya is performing pretty good with her S2 and my S6 Sanhua.
She's fun, but as someone that lost 5050 on shorekeeper and needs to pull jihsi's weapon, i don't think i'll be able to fit her into pulls, despite camellya being my main

You normally choose supports over dps for long term benefits to your account, and since she’s a Havoc/normal attack buffer she will work great when paired with either Camellya or Danjin. But because you dont have Cam, I suggest getting Jinhsi instead. She’s not only the best DPS right now (she doesn’t even have a dedicated support yet), you get two of her best allies for free (Yuanwu the blue guy with a beard and Verina the green child) and she’s only gonna get better as more supports come out. Jinhsi is the smarter choice
can someone explain with apples how Roccia is "just 6%" better than Sanhua? I saw an excel but it didn't explain anything, and my calculations shows that she does way more than 6% in performance. I played with her again yesterday and her rotation took like 5-6 seconds.
From my understanding, it's because Sanhua S6 is just really good unlike the other 4*. Based on my understanding, that 6% happens because TLDR : - Majority of Camellya damage is considered as Basic Attack. This makes the gap between Basic Attack bonus and Havoc bonus barely exist. - Hence roughly, Roccia outro buff is about 10% better towards Camellya damage overall. - 200 Flat ATK is worse than Sanhua S6 20% ATK (Calculation on the bottom) - Sanhua S5 cuts her rotation time into 2 seconds which is 3 times faster than Roccia 5-6 (according to what you're saying) seconds. - To match Sanhua DPS, Roccia needs to deal at least 3 times more damage than Sanhua S6. - Camellya optimal rotation with Sanhua isn't fast enough to the point her Forte and Liberation is still in cooldown. Hence, Roccia longer field time needs her to also cover 4 seconds of Camellya damage that is missing. - This overall results in Roccia only ends up in only 6% better than Sanhua S6. Longer explanation: Sanhua provides 20% ATK on S6. Sanhua provides 38% Basic Deepen Roccia provides 200 Flat ATK Roccia provides 20% Havoc + 25 Basic Deepen. This leads to Sanhua S6 (20% ATK + 38% Basic Deepen) Vs Roccia S0 (45% Deepen (20% Havoc + 25% Basic) In a case where Havoc Resonator damage is separated into a few types like Heavy, Basic, Skill, and Liberation, Roccia will always win because she buffs Havoc unlike Sanhua which buff specific attack. However, Camellya is different. 90% or more of her damage is considered a basic attack. This makes Sanhua 38% buff is almost fully utilized by Camellya. Based on rough calculation, the difference between Roccia and Sanhua Outro buff towards Camellya damage ends up in Roccia is better about 9-10%. If we take consider of Roccia Flat ATK which up to 200, Roccia seems better right? Unfortunately, Sanhua S6 buffs 20% ATK. Camellya Base ATK with her signature is 1037 (450+587). Let's say we have 10% ATK from external (This 10% exists to understand WuWa damage calculation) Sanhua S6 (20% ATK) 1037 * (1+30% ATK) = 1348.1 Roccia S0 (200 Flat ATK) 1037 * (1+10% ATK) + 200 Flat ATK = 1340.7 As you can see, Flat ATK is just worse since they're added after the multiplier. This also happens because Camellya Base ATK is greater than 1000. Now, we come down to the rotation. Sanhua S5 shorts Sanhua rotation into 2 seconds. Based on what you're saying, Roccia rotation is 5-6 seconds. This means Roccia needs to deal damage at least 3x more than Sanhua to compensate for the time loss. 100K in 2 seconds and 300K in 6 seconds will result in the same DPS which is 50K DPS. However, Camellya rotation with Sanhua never ends up with Camellya Forte and Liberation is still in cooldown when you swap back to Camellya. What does this mean? This means Roccia with longer field times needs to at least deal the same damage as Camellya for that 4 seconds difference between her field time and Sanhua field time. This is completely impossible for Roccia since sub DPS can't reach main DPS damage with similar investment. Even worse if she doesn't have the same investment as Camellya. This lowers the difference between Roccia team DPS and Sanhua team DPS This is why Roccia only ends up 6% better than Sanhua S6.
@pramanakumalaputra507 ok here it's my point, camellya does around 3.3k basic attack damage, and around 2.3k non basic attack, havoc buff is 20% and basic attack 25%, that's 13% less than Sanhua's and we get plus 20% that's almost the same as 200 flat atk. My math is 6900 total damage for sanhua and 7700 for roccia. I think it's like 10% more damage and Roccia personal damage does more than Sanhua x 3 damage, sanhua's damage output would be 1400 and roccia 1740 (forte skill level 1 so damage may increase a lot, usually is double so it would be 2100 damage), if we take into account heron set for sanhua and nightveil for roccia (15% havoc damage vs 12% damage amplification from heron+20% atk = 200 plus flat atk) personal sanhua damage can't come near Roccia full build with the new set, if you build sanhua full dps you may lose buffs on Camellya This math was approximate so we'll need to see how it works out, but I feel it can't be just 6% better

If you don’t have Camellya, then she’s not as valuable. Focus on picking up another two characters that synergise together like Changli and Brant or even Jinhsi alone, since her best in slot is still Zhezhi.
I was thinking of pulling for Roccia S2 for Havoc Rover since he's at S5 now. But I ain't sure if it's going to have a big impact on Rover just as it'll have on Camellya? What do you think? If it ain't worth it, I might skip this one and went all out in Brandt's banner for Changli as well.
Yes, Roccia will be definitely best support for Havoc Rover, since he also does Normal Attack Damage, but not just that, Roccia also buffs ATQ and Havoc Damage. Definitely you'll need her if you want a maxed out Havoc Rover

Roccia definitely has it tough competing with Sanhua and her quick rotations, but Roccia ultimately provides Camellya with more comfort and longevity. So her pull value might be iffy right now, but she’ll age like fine wine along with the other premium sub dps characters.
Phoebe, Brant and Zani are all back to back. So you’ll have to skip Roccia if you do intend to pick them up. Unless you really enjoy playing with Camellya, then she’s worth it for the long run.

roccia is not worth it she is the best sub dps for camellya but sanhua is really close sanhua has a very short uptime and can provide additional atk% and sanhua will be having a new skin

Nevertheless, its not that much big of a gap unless you pull for s2 Roccia with the 40% havoc damage bonus, and there's also the mystery of the future banners. I'll pull for her because her gameplay is super fun to me and pleasing to the eyes, also she's super cute.

S0 Roccia >> S1 Sanhua. You ideally want Sanhua at s6 for the 20% attack boost
