I don't know if it's 2002 because the base fan is a 2001 version because the 2002 base fan is square with 4 black metal legs

2002 that was made before you. The back has a $6 price tag on it wonder if that was sold at a garage sale. Looks like it's spent a lot of time in a garage the box that is.
