I imagine the heart would be blue at first but the V2 "death" sound plays and a V1 is carved into it in yellow, WASD is now used to move the heart and the mouse is used to control the shooting. Left click to fire and bullet and right click to throw a coin, your coin counter/cooldown would be just outside the battlebox thing. Attacks would force you to use the coin to parry stuff as to not die and make attacks easier. Also maybe double tapping a direction allows you to dash and if you do damage to something during the fight you recover hp.

@@Enderman83LV doesn't function as an actual level system though. in Undertale it works that way for the surprise of its true meaning, but in practice V1 would either be incompatible with LV if not sentient, or have a number so absurdly high it's effectively infinite also I imagine if it were just a statistic you'd level up far more from killing demons and machines than monsters. a human child equals out every single monster in power, and the bosses give you much more EXP than regular enemies, so imagine what you'd get from just a Maurice
