    I love watching your videos. You are the best Eva. For someone who can't exercise to much because they won't let me because of my cancer. You have been helping me. They say I'm not going to make it but watching you. It gives me some hope. Thank you love. I'm not supposed to jump on do any situps because I have stage 3 ovarian cancer. I love your workouts. Sometimes it's hard to keep up with you but I love it

      I feel you! I tried so many diets in the past that I felt like giving up honestly. I recently burned about 15 pounds in 2 months or so after I randomly found a free guide from a hypnotherapist that really made it click for me. It’s called: Subconscious Weight Loss by Christian Weninger. I feel like an ad for it, lol, but maybe it helps you too ♥

      Try apple cider vinegar. It helped me a lot loosing belly fat especially.

      Yes, don't eat after 5pm, it makes a huge difference
