This is a wonderful change of pace. I think it should be something you do once in a while to keep things fresh. I'll definitely watch more videos of ear-to-ear whispers with birdsong ambience.
Even the motors in the background feel like part of the environment, as they're in the distance.
You know the feeling when you were a kid and youre very flexible and sometimes you lay on the sofa/bed in a weird twisted position then your limbs start losing blood and feels numb also a feww moment later you mind starts to float that makes you levitate towards the sky?
