In my experiences, basically only mainland Chinese girls didn't say "Thank you" and took things for granted. Well, I guess that's their culture and they expect guys to pay for everything and kiss their asses. One time, a Chinese girl ordered too much so I asked the waiter for a take-out bag, she said she was embarrassed coz the waiter would look down at us. I was like WTF, YOU ordered too much to finish, now I am asking for a Take-out bag coz I don't wanna waste food, you feel like you are losing face? What kind of fxxked up mentality is that?

香港法例第200章第18C條- 不付款而離去
(1)任何人明知須為任何已供應的貨品或已提供的服務即場付款，或明知被預期須為該等貨品或服務即場付款，而不誠實地離去，並無如所須般或被預期般付款，意圖逃避支付應付的款項，即屬犯罪，循公訴程序定罪後，可處監禁3年。
申利：我唔係律師，唔理解案情，所以我唔知男事主係唔係單一上述既法例就足以令佢定罪。
