+Orstar Pictures I'm kind of rushing on a deadline right now so no time for tutorial, but If you want I can just send you the AE project so you can see what I did if that helps? Best, Dare
+Bruce Birnbaum Thank you so much! It's such an excellent camera for the price, it's a shame that people get lost in tech specs sometimes. I do have a vimeo account under darecinema, but I rarely use it for other than test pieces. Best, Dare
+Dare Cinema Thanks Dare! Oh yes exactly! I've been saying that for a long time! Love the C300 MKII and I've kept my C300 as well... both awesome cameras! I still can't find you on Vimeo, but no matter... I've subscribed to your RUclips channel and look forward to seeing more of your work! (www.bbproductions.tv)
That would be a lot of fun, but a lot of pressure I'm guessing! Honestly, when I saw Trickshot (the Canon promo for C300 MKII), I didn't have the "oh dang I need to go get that camera reaction" because I didn't really enjoy the film. A lot of good parts, but they didn't click for me. When I started seeing other people's footage from the C300 MK II showing up on line that's when I said "I have to get that camera." Also the car commercial that Shane Hurlbut shot on the C500 with Leica Glass blew me away. There was a short filmed called "Fragments" I think which was done on the C100 MKII and that gave me a "wow I need to get that camera" except it was missing 4k. But yeah, put in a good word at Canon for me! :) Have a great day sir. Best, Dare
That was a good laugh! Men are simple. They see cinema glass and they are inseparable friends for life... mostly so they can borrow them.
Good to see Serge the other side of the camera for a change!
Well done to all involved - a thoroughly enjoyable fun short film.
Nice work!
+Flashworks Media Thank you! Have a great day! Best, Dare
SICK
FUN!!!
That was fun to watch good work.
really funny... good work ^_^
This is great! How did you do the shaky credits effect at the end?
+Orstar Pictures Thanks! Appreciated. Do you mean the newspaper credits or the simple black screen with white text? Best, Dare
+Dare Cinema The white credits on the black screen starting at 3:00. I like that bloom effect and the slight movement!

+Dare Cinema That would be awesome. You're very generous to share your work for us to learn. Much appreciated!
haha I want that moustache.
Cute!
Well done Dare! Funny, entertaining and looks great!
I'm also a C300 MKII owner and love the camera! :) Are you also on Vimeo?

Name of the soundtrack?
William Tell Overture.
Thank u.
Your film looks very cinematic. Canon should hire you to make “sample” videos for their new cameras.
