DDD and F are the same cup, and fun fact: japanese cups are usually 1 bigger than UK cups (which im assuming the DDD is in considering in US thats E, and in EU thats F) so it'd actually be a G cup EU, or E cup UK. the reason why its smaller is because the cup size is relative, and its only a 70 in terms of band size. which is small. for people in US/UK that might sound big, but 70F japanese would be equivalent to 32E UK. which is not that big.
now if aki said what her band size is in this video, i have missed it, but my guess is 75 or 80. probably more along the lines of 80. which would put you at 36DDD. which would be E80/F80 japanese. this is a difference in volume of 35%. thats a lot.
so lesson here: 1: if you move to a country with a different system, either get re-measured, or convert your current size to a size in the new system.
2: band size is just as important as cup size
3: japanese people are skinny AF.

@@fxrnweh-1100 as a matter of fact, yes. Usin the formula X=(0.81*Y)-(0.63*Z)-10,45, with Y being bust size and Z being frame size. You can calculate the mathematical diameter of a single breast. From there it is quite easy to calculate the size of the breast (since even if its not a perfect half circle, its overall volume is practically identical). And from there you can easily find out how heavy each breast is. As breast tissue is 0.9 KG per liter. Using that diameter to get a circumference, then dividing that by 2 and comparing it to 0.75* the maximum distance between your thumb and pinky can allow you to figure out if breasts of a specific size fit in your hands or not (of course, a margin needs to be applied).
Last but not least. The best and most logical breast measuring system is the surgical system. As it uses absolute cups instead of relative. So every single C cup will have about the same volume and size regardless of the body theyre attached to.

The cup is relative to the band size, so an 80D has the same cup-volume as a 70F, and a 70E will have a smaller cup-volume than an 85C. The letter only describes the differnce between your bust and underbust measurements, where you go up a cup size for every inch.

It's funny, when I was growing up I always envied the girls who "developed" quicker than the rest of us and hated all the bullying that came with being flat-chested. However, now that I'm an adult who couldn't give two shits what other people think of me I see that my flat chest is a blessing in disguise.
The amount of friends I have who have back problems or trouble exercising and have to buy special sports bra so they don't knock their teeth out while jogging has made my envy turn to relief. Also, my wife always says "I when out with you because you're great fun to be around, the size of your T&A was fairly low down my priority list to be honest".

And yeah, exercising sucks, especially because I refuse to wear bras every day since I'm stubborn as heck.
I also developed very early on, which meant getting boobs in 4th grade. By 5th grade I wore a giant coat ALL YEAR because I was so embarrassed of my breasts. I genuinely hated having them for a few years because of the unwanted attention they would bring (mostly creepy older guys), especially since I refused to wear any kind of bra for a long time. Now I'm 19 and I like them, but having boobs as a kid SUCKED.
What sucks even more is that either having big or small boobs get you criticized. I've noticed that women who have small breasts are criticized and pressured to have larger breasts, while women who have large breasts are over-sexualized and are more likely to be criticized for "indecency".
I just wish people wouldn't care so much about other people's titties and make sure to be inclusive with clothing and undergarments. We need to sell things people need, not what society wants them to need.

4:05 about underwear - asian underwear in general, the sizing are really small. As a plus size asian, the underwear i purchase are american / european sizes which can get really frustrating because western brands do not come in cheap compared to local brands which are more accessible, economical, and are aesthetically designed to suit my taste.

Trust me, when I was 14 I jumped from an A to a D and I thought it was embarrassing. Other girls thought being flat was embarrassing. Most girls now need to realize our breast size doesn't define us, weather you're flat or busty. You'll either develop or stay the same but no matter what everyone is different and our differences are special.
