bud, they know hes a troll. they understand just fine: they understand that doni gets millions of views doing this, that they've all grown in size by engaging with each other, and that multiple people have blown up in size from being in doni's vids. They probably do actually get frustrated during the trolls, but they're well aware that when doni is involved theyre probably being trolled, but if they didnt help doni who would he troll? They do it on purpose. It does take a lot of effort from doni to come up with new trolls im sure, but his friends are in on it. Its entertainment, fiction: good fiction, but fiction nonetheless
