I think that the message "The background images of the questions hide the secret" refers to all the screens when the level went dark when you touched an emerald, those questions or texts that appeared moments before showing us the sonic characters with the spots of blood, you could try to take screenshots of them and then use your editor to increase the brightness and see if they hide more messages! Like crosses or something but incomplete Knuckles has a bit of blood sparkle by the master emeralds left lower edge, and in the text has weird dots at the top and 4 squares following the text Tails picture has a clump of blood at the top left of the picture but text has nothing Amy is clear, text has same crosses as sonic Rouge is the weirdest so far, sitting in some weird red thing, like a smiling mouth's tounge or weird chair? Text clear Cream is clear for both pic and text. I suspect that you'd need to screen record the text and pics and modify that to see something?
I tried that when i was recording the video (both text and characters images) but i didn't find nothing suspect in the images that could help on the puzzle

All the images have soemtong and if I know one thing, it's that sometimes in order to solve one puzzle, you have to take it apart. So maybe one image leads to another, like you figure out what one image means and it leads you to another one. Like a path of some sorts. I would start with not the order they appear in, but the order of the characters. Like most common to least.
