Wow them repairs around the rear subframe mount you can't see them at all . Love a bit of kurerust . Won't be long now till the back end is solid ... So close to 10k mate
Great video. Really interesting to see how the cutting and repairs go. It dont look to bad really and looks like the usuall mini rustspots. Looking forward to the follow up video.
I've got this job to do and worst!! if you get a spare sec I've uploaded recently some of the...rust issues I've got to try n deal with!! not sure how saveable it is? I need skills like yours!! 😅😅 Appreciate your time buddy!!
Hey just watching your latest video. Those door step repairs don’t look to bad to do. I would brace the door aperture. And repair the floors/inner sills first then do the door step last. Hope that helps. All the best 👍
@@SimpsonsClassics theta amazing really appreciate your time! Good to hear it doesn't seem too bad!! IL buy the panels and get cracking when I free up some time 🙏 thank you!!
great vid and nice explanation on the process, keep up the good work, side note have you ever but welded panels together to get rid of the tab joint? if so could you rate how hard or technical would be... just curious thanks
@@alexweiss30 I guess that’s a preference. Issue is if you ever needed to replace the panel later down the line you have sort of mate them one if you get me. But have seen it done and it looks nice and clean but obviously not original
Can i please ask for some advice.. Ive orderer door hinge post replacement panels and they have a returned outer edge flange for the A panel.. Is this correct as all the videos ive watched dont seem to have them.. Many thanks glen

I would never advise anyone to walk from a mini but if it’s to far gone then your buying it with your heart really. Which I have done many times.
Good video, but music is a bit annoying.
