Welcome back! We are the Vegan Diners, and today we are going to introduce you to Neat Burger, a fast food chain supported by the vegan and seven-time F1 World Champion, Lewis Hamilton.
They currently have eight locations across London, and we decided to visit their Soho branch situated on Old Compton Street.
Their menu offers a wide variety of burgers, hot dogs, salads, sides, and milkshakes, making it the perfect plant-based alternative to other well known fast food chains.
The restaurant was noticeably clean and tidy, and the service was fast, as one would expect from a fast food chain. You can place your order through your phone or use the touch screens available in the restaurant.
Our daughter opted for the "Sweet Chick and Fries," a plant-based chicken sandwich that was both crunchy and delicious. She thoroughly enjoyed it. I, on the other hand, chose the cheeseburger, which featured a generous amount of plant-based cheese, mustard, and gherkins. It was exceptionally tasty, and the flavour combination with the cheese and gherkins brought a nostalgic taste. I also ordered the "Neat Sauce" to dip my fries into; it resembled a Marie Rose sauce.
Our daughter also ordered the "Caramel Cookie Crunch Milkshake," a delectably thick milkshake with a Biscoff-like flavour and a satisfying crunch. It was truly delightful.
We were really impressed with the food we had. Whilst not the healthiest food, it was great to be able to treat our daughter to the type of food and restaurant most children seem to enjoy.
Neat Burger's mission is to create sustainably delicious dishes that bring happiness to people and make the planet even happier. Their ultimate goal is to provide everyone, everywhere with a more conscious choice to satisfy their cravings without sacrificing meat.
While other well-known fast food chains now offer vegan options, Neat Burger ensures that you can enjoy your fast food fix without compromising on animal welfare. We hope that Neat Burger expands beyond London in the UK, making delicious and reasonably priced vegan fast food accessible to everyone. After all, it's better for the animals and better for our planet.

I popped into this Neat Burger between theatre visits (love a double theatre day!) and it was great to be able to grab something quick and super tasty to eat! The staff were so friendly too!

Sadly they are having to close half their branches due to poor sales 😔 I think the Soho one is remaining though.
