I agree, but if Jack Horner actually had a "good" story, it would bloat out the movie too much.

I think jack horner not using his powers to their full potential was kind of the point. he doesn't care enough about the magical artifacts he collects to bother to learn how to use them properly

I really wish Infinite can be redone. He sounds like a real menace, but his true potential felt wasted
