Bovis: My name is Bovis. I am supply specialist. My job is making for the taking of supplies from one place to other place. Anything standing in way of other place is not standing much longer.
The intro was awesome, I loved the Zack Snyderesque slo mo comic panel-like longshot with all the cool pew-pew gunfire effects. I wish I could carry my girth as well as Bovis.
You are truly a master wordsmith my friend. It is always a pleasure to listen to your reviews. And, even though I've already seen a few on this fellow, and I was extra stoked to find yours. That is both a testament of your review style, and the fact that this figure is Oh-Em-Gee. status to the tenth degree! My should arrive Monday, and I hope to gawd this guy arrives on time. I honestly havn't been this excited for a figure since... well... EVER!
Bovis looks like the evolutionary ancestor of bulls. It is called the aurochs. It went extinct in the 16 hundreds. The aurochs was famous for its ferocity and destructive ability. It was very similar to the modern bull except that it was known to be hyper aggressive and more frequently gored people. They used to execute people in some ancient cultures by dropping them in a arena with an aurochs. its thought that it might be what the Minotaur was based on.
awesome review man you and Puegh have convince me to buy this set its going to be my 1st 3rd party transformers. and once again thanks for stopping to talk to me an nyc comic con it meant alot dude.
I'd love to have this set but i kinda missed the boat so they're hard to find now. Also his robot face has a Judge Dredd scowl of perpetual annoyance to it.
The Subtitles seem to have jumped the shark though. i mean, hello?! "You open his mouth up, and there's a man inside?" How could he\they skipped such a glorious potential innuendo??
I was dead-set on getting the Unique Toys War Lord, but now after seeing this, I might get Feral Rex too! Two different aesthetics, but I want both. Who needs 2 third party Predakings in their collection? Me, that's who.
Okay, all that alliteration was gorgeous. And HOW IN THE WORLD did you make me want to get a Masterpiece toy, when I'll have trouble even getting Feral Rex??
Quick question, how are the gears on Bovis' right arm? Has yours started to grind yet? I know we were told to use lubrication, but I never actually heard what Griffith's take on this factory defect. Any more insight would be appreciated.
I'm disappointed there no tantrum joke :( oh well nice review as always, also man a 100 bucks toy fling through the backdrop that my halloween nightmare there.
Bovis rocks the Russian-esque accent. He reminds me of a more serious version of the Heavy.
Nehfarius I thought he was just quoting heavy for a couple of seconds but him saying Boris rather than heavy
The voice that you gave Bovis suits his design SO WELL that it took me til now to realize Bovis = Boris.

One of my favorite 3P figures. I'm a believer of MMC now.
I got a good laugh when you brought up Mantaur.
I cannot unsee the cartoon octopus face wearing sunglasses on his torso.
Wow, just when I thought MMC made the name up. Thanks for the info
Yay! Blooper ending! :D Always makes me happy.
The Subtitles seem to have jumped the shark though. i mean, hello?! "You open his mouth up, and there's a man inside?" How could he\they skipped such a glorious potential innuendo??

Mantaur mode is what i would always keep that in lol
Looks like a scope for the guns but the top of the foort makes it look like he's got a huge eyeball attached.
6:50 possible reason to bring Horribull back from the dead in IDW.
out of 5 stars, how would you rate the quality of this figure, and how strongly would you recommend it?
Awesome review if i had the money I'd get these guys do you think they'll do a bundle?
