Realistic my ass! It's the worst crap I've ever tested. Not to talk about how deep it's hacked by cheaters with all sorts of payware and non payware cheats. Talking here is someone with more than 2 decades of flight simulators experience, dedicated AE and pilot. All, absolutely all aircraft in WT are made only for gameplay, not even one of them being accurately modeled as that isn't the scope of the game. It's just sick to hear others thinking that this is a true sim for aircraft or one which can accurately simulate aerodynamics. Only the missiles turning capabilities and seekers are rather well done, but their very exaggerated drag makes them decelerate like they have tiny parachutes behind after their fuel ends. The only true combat flight simulators are: IL-2 GREAT BATTLES, DCS (but most jet fighters also have flight model issues) and Open Falcon. The rest are only fun time games.
@@bakedlaze Agree with that. I also played it years for enjoyment...,but, until so many cheats came around. But for how the aerodynamics of the plane are simulated, X plane, IL2 Great Battles, Open Falcon and DCS are for it.

Totally get it! For simulators I definitely don’t play war thunder. Such a great game though to fly all the cool planes I like the game feel.
