I’m rlly glad it did ! Honestly if it wasn’t a quota bag I think it’s still worth having in ur collection , still has its uniqueness as Hermes collector since i don’t think they’re gonna do more H buckle bags anytime soon?😂 (justifying it since I’m probably going to live with it haha) but anyway it’s still quite cute as a statement bag to pair w ur outfits looking past the little imperfections , maybe after ur Kelly u can consider having one of it (c24) in ur collection 💕 since u did mention ur waiting for ur Kelly right ?

Definitely get your buckle serviced. I've had a c18 for almost 2 yrs, used it a lot, stuff it very full and have never had this issue.

@@CatrynaLoo Yes, I've had quite a few bags serviced. Popped stitches, scratches buffed out, and some other issues. My home boutique is a flagship with a large after sales department that does many repairs in house so all my repairs were done very quickly. However, if your bag needs to go to France it may take a while.
@@sococo1464 I agree! I was told it costs about $600 USD to replace the buckle when I picked mine up!
I turned down the offer from my SA in Paris and picked Lindy 26 in gold colour instead. Now I regret didn't get the constance lol
Aww Lindy’s good as well! So much more durable and easy to take care of , leave the Constance for next time haha
