Hii mam, I'm looking to one otg oven, do you recommend this one foe home baking.. i love sourdough bread and cake so can you tell me should i buy this one. Do you face any problem in your 1.5 years of usage other than the temperature issue, is it a really big issue overalll home baking.
Hi, I generally don't make recommendations as there are issues with each oven that I have used. Like for eg, this wonderchef oven worked very well for 1.5 years, after that the temperature started dropping. If I set at 180, temperature will reach only 160 or 150. So I could not use it anymore. Currently using Borosil. You need to figure out what is important to you and choose. I've used many oven's and each has some issue or the other. Good luck choosing :)

The reason my reviews are detailed is because I use it for months and share everything I notice with the otg. Hope you understand. But having used it for a month, I can tell you I'm happy with it. I used it extensively during Christmas baking and it worked well but of course the temperature fluctuations are there when using the top and bottom rod settings. So far I am happy with it but it's been only a month of using it. Will definitely post a detailed review later 🙂

Tip :you need to place thermometer in the middle rack to check the temperature, where most of the baking happen.😊

Can you please tell me at what temp and time u bake cakes? My cakes doesnt look good conpared to ones i baked in other ovens
I always bake at 180 C, timings depends on what I'm baking.
Can we place water in bottam side for pfooving so that water going little warm and generate steem
