You can tell there was a lot of thought and effort put into this totally original bossfight...
Sarcasm aside, this big ol' doof is just a reskinned Wiggler. And not the only one in this hack... But anyway, this boss is found in a subarea of Ultra Battle Fort, which is located in Star Road.
