With all that kindling and flasks of oil you've been collecting, you can probably combine them to make oil arrows, which I imagine would go quite well with either you or one of the pawns being able to light it. I think I equiped Kermin with a fire spell but would have to check. You would be correct in that you're character has been walking and running slower due to how much stuff your carrying. It is worth checking what your holding onto and consider if its worth keeping on your person, or maybe just handing it off for your pawns to carry instead.
