The mercenaries when the fixers enter the room:
0:05 if you turn your camera around on the second dash and then back to normal on the third you can do a longer dash
When you use ranga workshop u can go way further, instead of doing 1 u can do all three by turning your camera (a 180) on the 2nd move and again at the 3rd one
In reality its really hard because of ping and can be impossible if it high

It's not gone, you just need to go to the Event Haven in Midnight horrors (the free private server gives you a book that you can use to teleport there after one round), and you go up to the badge icon for Gone Ports, which should allow you to get in. Hope this helps!

The item is actually still available, you just have to go into the Event Haven in Midnight Horrors (a free private server gives you a book that can take you there, typically after one round after the intermission), where you can select a lot of events, look for the icon for Gone Ports, and you will be able to fight boss and upon winning, are granted the item. Hope this helps anyone that still needs it!
