@@eriksoto7243 yeah and this set looks similar to lloyds titan mech. this one has less minifigs though which kinda sucks but that zane fig makes up for it!
Kinda weird how simple the old mech is. As a kid I thought he had an extremely complex design but looking back at it it's not particularly complex at all. Same thing with the Morro dragon(except the head)
I learned thet the hard way too. And not only the sets - same for figures. After a family trip on plane my figures scratched each other and thoso all became ruined.
@@fnaffand2585 Zane’s is better tho in my opinion because Lloyds is huge and hard to balance with rigidly straight legs- this one is smaller and lighter with friggin KNEE JOINTS and is much easier to balance.
For the price and accuracy, 2015 wins. I am not a big fan of super big mechs and also the fact that in 2015 it also came with the possessed Samurai X Mech for the same price. The new one is great but I will stick to the OG one. Literally the only reason I would get the new one is for the gold Chad Jay figure
While the newer one has knee joints and is more poseable, the chest area on the new mech looks like it's been compressed and the head is way too small. Also, maybe its just me but the upper half of the mech looks like it based on one thing while the lower half is based on something else.
@@nocknmae Ok then. I prefer the newer one because the older one looks kinda stupid to me tbh. The proportions are pretty whack. Plus, the new one is slightly more posable.
I found Zanes titan mech at my local smiths , FOR HALVE PRICE, that’s an absolute steal, and considering that in 2015 i found that set but i thought it wasn’t that great , so instead i bought a star wars set , which i completely regret lol.
The newer one is supposed to be bulkier cuz even just a quick little look at even just the head you can tell it’s supposed to be a samurai and samurai you know they wear big helmets and shoulder pads and they have the things on the waist
Nice comparisson. The shull shape is meant to look like gurren mech without shades. Big gaps are eye sockets, small center gaps represent the nose and gold bars are teeth. The new one is overall better but the color balance is bad. Dark azure is too strong on top and sand blue is too strong inthe mid area.

I used to love the old set but the new just blows it away. I just wish LEGO would make more mechs for the villains haha
Same honestly

It's a pretty good replacement if you ask me, though so far, at least look-wise, I prefer the titan-mech

2021 titan mech looks like it's father and 2015 titan mech looks like it's son.
Father and son. Beautiful
Never talk to me and my son again !!!
It actually does!

The old one is more grey and the legacy looks like the shuricopter
i agree
2015 : you
2021:the dude she told you not worry about .
What would've really made the legacy version would be attachable deepstone canon builds in place of the spring-loaded shooters.
I had the original, but took it on holiday and... well... don’t take Lego on holiday.
i learned that the hard way

U r right!
its included in the instructions, it tells you to put them on there
Is it just me or does the 2021 titan mech look like a gundam mech
Mind can you do a comparison of Lloyd’s titan mech zanes titan mech and the fire stone mech
Well zanes titan mech and Lloyds titan mech are practically the same
@@fnaffand2585 Zane’s is better tho in my opinion because Lloyds is huge and hard to balance with rigidly straight legs- this one is smaller and lighter with friggin KNEE JOINTS and is much easier to balance.
I’m gonna be honest with you, as a kid I seen Zane’s original mech larger than it was. I thought it was the biggest Mech they had at Ninjago
Can we appreciate that the designers incorporated red into the colour scheme (mainly on the stickers) so the red pieces don’t feel too out of pace
lol i just noticed that on mine
There is such a huge difference in size but look almost the same
Remember kids, size doesn't matter...
Exept when it does.
Anyway a ball joint here
Old one is definitely more show accurate but this new one is way better
I wish the sword was silver instead of gold
i wish we had 2 instead of 1
Can you make a comparison of the titan mech and the fire stone mech?I think it would be really cool.
If I buy the legacy one I‘m 100% going to replace all those gold bar pieces with silver ones
I did that to mine it looks really good

The new ones color scheme reminds me of the shuricopter

I like how the back for the new one is shaped instead of having exposed studs

hmmm... i just noticed that on mine
I don’t agree, the new one is so much better
I remember going to my friend's hose to see the original and I thought it was huge but now it has been completely outmatched in size
So good at reviewing LEGO sets
i like the new one but i dont like them both much, bith have flaws, both are good
Can you do a review for the original titan mech battle.(the entire set)
The og holding those blades like Ahsoka
If those bar pieces were sand blue or silver on the new one, i think it'd be just about perfect
Can you compare Lloyds titan mech and zane's new titan mech?
For some reason Lego sometimes decides to makes a new version of a mech set makes it bigger so that’s only on build
i like how the old set number is 70737 but the new one is 71738. 1001 sets apart.
I think i like the old one better i like smaller mechs way more than the giant
Mechs and waist articulation
same, plus the old one had TWO mechs and a bunch of great minifigures

I don't like the bigger mechs because they never make a big bad guy mech to fight it or even come close to the ninja mech heights
Ja! It's funny, that happened to me too with the first hulkbuster from Avengers Ultron Age
If you wanted to give the newer mech a more icey look you could change the giant Shuriken with the one from the new Evo mech
How can people like a tiny baby mech better than a giant epic mech

I think I got u to 10k subs so congrats the mech looks huge compared to the old one
Hey on the newer version of the Titan on the things that hide the joints in the legs are mixed up
Now, we all know that Pyro Whipper's whipper mech is the best mech baybeee

One way to 'fix' the fingers on the new mech is to put a little bit of toilet paper into the joint so that the joint is tighter

I also thought it looked big
it depends if its to play it i would like old but if its for display i would like new

I would change the shuriken colour from silver to Gold cause i dont like Gold and silver together
The new one looks weird imo. Too much stuff going on. I would have prefered less colors and the sand blue doesn't look good in the new one.
The should of used the old head for 2021 one
i like the 2021 because its kinda coll
The only reason why they didn’t put the original fingers on the Mech is because they were too small and skinny
The new one also i like the new fingers
I’m getting the new one I already hav the old one
I hate those red exposed studs coming out the front it looks ridiculous. A bit like the legacy Golden Mech in my opinion with that exposed red.

you still can hold items with the new mech I have it
Old nice
If these were pokemon the new one would be the evolved form of the old one and they would both be ice and steel type.
I prefer sand blue over cyan, but the designers should have picked one or the other for this set. They clash too much, especially with the gold.
I think they’re both great mechs but I like the new one more
