Beautiful looking system, saw it at a local retailer and had to look it up. As a site guy, no way I have 15 minutes to setup every day and another 15 to tear down at the end. Plus, a lack of center legs to support the saw means I still need to carry another unit to mount your system to. A great start, but I think I'll pass until you refine your system a bit more.
So far this looks like a pretty good system. But let’s address the DeWalt miter stand. It’s a very popular stand and DeWalt has probably sold millions of these. I am picking on DeWalt because they are shown in many videos. The extension arms are poor, but to be fair they’re all bad. But one of the most obvious faults is that horrible end cap support they put on the end of the support arms. Just plain sad actually. Just an idea, but couldn’t you guys engineer a replacement piece that would secure to the end of the support arm that would have a similar grooved plate that the wings could slide through and have another adjustable base to make the wings complainer with the saw. Maybe even a place to add some of your carbon fiber legs to help support the arms from drooping and bouncing. Your extension wings and fences look awesome, problem is the stand, needs improving.
