Hi, please explain the last steps on making dealer key, on the question about having an original key? Is the original key the working in an add key situation? If the answer to the question is no, does it refer to all keys lost? Then what did you mean when you say we need to purchase sync data?
@@makgalemathetja3901 when it asks for a original key it means any key already programmed to the car. The key contains more information (sync data) that we need to complete the puzzle. If its akl on mqb even after reading the immodata like in the video.... we would still need to purchase the sync data from a vendor. We would need to send them our immo data for them to be able to calculate it, but its worth mentioning that the data we obtained in this video can also be purchased from a vendor
Do all MQB up to 2021 have an EEPROM to be read ? From what I know you 99% of the time need to buy sync data from 3rd party to add a key, you send the IMMO data you extracted and get sync data back and then make dealer key.
Hi really nice video. Couple of questions. 1, did you remove the eeprom before you connected the apb131? so it was reading fine with the eeprom removed is what i mean? 2, with your key tool plus if you had the clamps would you also need the 8 leg eeprom file? or does key tool plus not need it? Thanks
Hello, yes i read flash with and without eeprom in circuit and immo file was the same result, so would appear that is the case. Regarding the mqb solderless adapters, they do not support 3426 dashboards. You wold need to buy the rh850 and remove 4 capacitors and eeprom to read this dash 👍 thanks for watching
Hi friend..is it possible after reading flash data..and imo data..to disconnect the wires..and return the dashboard to the car..and then add a key..or continue the whole process adding a key on the table..when all the wires are connected to the dashboard which is on the table?
My tool isn’t updating for this, only showing options for apb130, how do we update? My tool is all up to date and still showing only mqb (beta) options
So you needed to read the flash and eeprom in order to get the immo data and send to mqb guy ? Or just flash it's enough. The eeprom can be read with the clips or out ? Thanks
On this particular dash you need flash and eeprom to aquire immodata, with the immodata and a working key you can add a key. If all keys lost you will need to send the immodata to a 3rd party to abtain the sync data needed when you have no working key. I tried with a clip and gave a different result everytime so wouldnt recomend. Hope this helps
Thanks
Hey, thanks for the video, look forward to more from you.
Thanks for watching!
Very good my friend!!

Nice video. Last two didgets of the cs were 00. I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure that can’t be like that.
what are the years we can do
Great video! Thanks :)
Someone know did they release update for 508s, can it be done now with 508s and xp400?

@@Juppie902 you never need to buy sync to add a key if you have a working key. Most mqb's dont have a external eeprom like the one in this video
