several youtubers raved about that baked lemon ricotta cheese. i didn’t like it, and ended up throwing over half away. so i didn’t purchase this one. but tj’s have had several very good cheeses.
Absolutely, they've had many excellent cheeses throughout the years but I thought that lemon ricotta was overrated, too.

Yes, that's what I meant when I said the texture was like whey. It's a little on the gritty side.
