    ⦁ Short Hit, Extension Hit - x10, 3 sets
    ⦁ Two Short Hits, Extension Hit - x10, 2 sets
    ⦁ Repeat Hits Slow - 15 seconds, 2 sets
    ⦁ Repeat Hits Fast - 15 seconds, 2 sets
    ⦁ Center Hit to 4, 6, 7, & 8 Hits - x10
    ⦁ Center Hit, Parry 6 & Riposte to Center, 7, & 8 - x10
    ⦁ Hit with Advance - x10, 2 sets
    ⦁ Hit with Advance, Parry 6 & Riposte - x10, 2 sets
    ⦁ Hit with Lunge - x10, 2 sets
    ⦁ Hit with Lunge, Parry 6 & Riposte - x10, 2 sets
    ⦁ Advance and Retreat (x2), Lunge to Center, 7, 8, & 4 Opposition - x10
    ⦁ Advance Lunges - x10, 2 sets
    ⦁ Jump Lunges - x10, 2 sets
    - Arm at Shoulder Level with Extension
    - Blade Bends Up Diagonally After Hits
    - Focus on Smooth Tip Movement Forward
