Hi. We live in Belarus and prices are a little bit different. I bought this foam at the market and it’s much cheaper than in hardware stores. It was $15 for the amount of foam that is used in the video

Спасибо за отзыв! Вот поэтому и хотелось шить самим, чтобы качество.. и наш обошелся в пересчете на российские 7000 - 8000руб без шариков. Но это толстый поролон (брали на рынке, там дешевле, чем в строительном магазине) и ткань лен - где-то 5000руб. И размер немаленький получился в итоге. Мы довольны :)) Удачи, если решитесь шить! Все не так сложно как кажется :)

Hello! really in the video shows more than 2, but it was too much. we cut off the excess, but didn’t show in the video, so as not to confuse the viewer. 2 cm is correct Glad to see you on my channel

What was the size foam you used for the base. All I can find in the US are rectangular pieces.

Fabric: about 5 meters with a width of 220 cm.
Foam: 120 cm x 100 cm x 6 cm - for the bottom,
380 cm x 40 cm x 6 cm - for the sides

What are the measurements of the foam you bought please
120 cm x 100 cm x 6 cm - for the bottom, 380 cm x 40 cm x 6 cm - for the sides (we glued from 2 pieces 190 cm long)
