Just because they already been on so many seasons each (which has what has helped to make them legends with as many seasons as they played, and is why we don't have too many "legends" from the past few years since no one has returned.) The legends would end up taking so many of the limited roster spots if they were brought back. We already know how these legends play cause they've been on so many seasons, and we know that they're big personalities that would take up screen time. I would much rather see other interesting contestants get to flush out their game plans on the screens for a second time, than to see the legends who are just gonna override the entire season. So something like another second chances would be fun, and gives a reason as to why there's no legends who've already played 2-5 times. Although it could be interesting to see a legend have to deal with some of the new era big personalities, like is Rob or Tony still good at the game if they have to deal with Q?
Agree. There’s such a massive list of people deserving of a second chance that I just don’t want to see Colby, Jerri, Ozzy, Rupert, Sandra etc. One thing I thought they could do is incorporate some of the legends into the game somehow during challenges and rewards, so they’re not really playing the game but they can make their appearance. Each episode we get to see some different legends. For many of them an expenses paid vacation to Fiji might be enough to get them to do it. Ad for returnees I’d love to see Christian and Devens

Speaking in this case of the top row of pre-jury in the last slide shown of castaways (Varner aside as his reasons for exclusion happened in aired episodes later on). These wishlist episodes so far have really helped me understand survivor history in new ways, as a new fan. Thank you!

For instance, Kimmi has recently made controversial comparisons involving vaccines and history, as well as statements about certain religious groups that could be considered offensive. Skupin has faced legal issues, recently he was in jail. In my opinion, these developments may not align with the family-friendly nature of the show. These are just my thoughts though and I can see why Mike/Josh did not do in-depth with them!

I don't think Tina is coming back nor Colby. I think Kimmi is probably a sleeper pick, was always memorable TV and has that up trajectory based on her Cambodia finish where she was taken out by double idols on a revote that Keith almost volunteered himself to the house.
I was half-hoping this episode would go over 50 minutes and we'd hear the klaxons go off and a voice say "Podcast failure! Wigler failure! Mike Bloom failure!"
