@@WanderlustWellmanHi, this (jeremyt7448) in your comment section is a malaysian , I have seen him leaving the same comment in other RUclipsrs videos too.
Thank you so much, I really appreciate your comment and support! I definitely will keep on making videos, I just released a new Singapore video today 😁
WOW, what a beautiful place! Thanks for the tour! Everything that I see about Singapore just blows my mind! Very Cool! Thank you for sharing this spectacular video. Liked and SUBBED!
Ooh in the video, see you not just walk past Maxwell Hawker. Should try Chinatown Hawker Food as well. And Amoy hawker. These few hawker centre located at central area of Singapore have the best local foodies...
Thanks for the suggestion, we weren't sure if maxwell center had vegan options otherwise we DEFINITELY would have went! We love Singapore to bits, we hope to revisit soon :)
Some of the underrated hawker centres worth going are Golden Mile food centre (favourite chicken rice at B1-35 ruclips.net/video/Vj6XwimK1CE/видео.html ) and Hong Lim market and food centre (best fried kuay teow mee at 02-17 Outram fried kuay teow mee ruclips.net/video/RS9X4w0P-gY/видео.html)
Maybe what he is trying to say is there its not in a culture that's not accepted to do in public, a lot of old generation still does the nose picking but I don't really notice it. I don't really think that its a culture. its more like the people don't really care much about dressing so you can see people dressing casually wearing slippers and shorts going downtown, unlike in some other cities you have to dress better otherwise people may socially think you as outcast. I still remember years ago I went to Paris in my sport shoes and wasn't treated well in stores until I change into more trendy wear with boots. Here in Singapore even at Orchard Road you see people really dress casually and probably also act casually.
Lau Pa Sat is definitely a must visit for its architecture and ambience
I definitely agree, it's a beautiful place
There is a Queen's market at Melbourne that has similar architecture like Lau Pa Sat
@@jhf4930 I think I visited before too. And nearby I think there a kind of theme park with a clown face as the entrance
Welcome to Singapore hope you enjoy your holidays, 👍🏻😆
Thank you so much, we enjoyed and loved Singapore so much! I’m excited to make more videos of your amazing country 🇸🇬😁
Pls come during xmas period to singapore. Its cooling and lots of xmas deco!
I would love to, although I have to say I am used to snow and cold weather on Xmas in my city haha
❤ Singapore.

I enjoyed it
Thanks for checking out our journey, I’m glad you enjoyed it 😁
a bit about the Merlion, it has the body of a fish to symbolise the status as a port city.
That makes sense!

Thanks for the tips, we went to the Chinatown Hawker Food Centre too - I will include it in the next video :)

Haha she was dying in the heat but still had an amazing time
@@WanderlustWellman She is beautiful
Couldn't agree more :)@@SuccessforLifester
Smaller Merlion is the original one. It was build much earlier then the Giant Merlion.
How interesting, thanks for sharing that!
The lady is like a no nonsense General frequently leading the walk
Haha you're spot on!
@@WanderlustWellman She reminded me of my lady, quite a small chilli
Ready to go back
Always!
you should go eat at maxwell instead of lau pa sat.. anyway, I hope you both did enjoy your time here

@@WanderlustWellmanTourists always go Maxwell food centre but there are much better ones .
Makes sense, the best spots are usually a bit more off the beaten path@@bensgoodeats1493
Yeah, we didn't put a garden in a city, we put a city in a garden.
Haha that’s a good way of phrasing it!
@@WanderlustWellman it's isn't just a phrase, it was the intention at the planning phase.
@@jarrod2276 got it!
@jarrod2276 doesn't get mentioned too often but a shoutout to Mrs. LKY for the green/garden vision
Speak slowly and clearly so we can understand you
Good advice, I will work on it!
Well, picking nose is really not a culture or a common practice in Singapore 😁😁 ..but u get all kinds of people here, it's unavoidable.
