Hello, are builders allowed to segregate and sell terrace rights along with top floor? As per my understanding the roof top is part of the common area and therefore belongs to all floors and cannot be sold seperately. Clarifying this aspect in the sale deed is not enough and can be contested in court. Please clarify
But you have not covered the plot rates of some popular and demanding locations of phase 2 as earlier told for phase 1 too. So pls tell a 1 or 2 min summary on plot rates too…….from the next clip onwards 😅😊.

I think DLF 2 is more Commercial than DLF1 Its busy like delhi. On other hand DLF1 is quietand calm just 2 mkts arjun and qutab plaza..A TO E BLOCK.
