Also, I remember you sharing at the beginning of the year (or maybe end of last year) that you liked a format of make make make and then edit and then release in separate periods, so that you didn't always have to be on the hamster wheel. So, whilst it is unfortunate that your 'making period' was accompanied by depression, it might be valuable to acknowledge that you did honour that goal. Love always!

Evelyn I know you’ve been talking about how you’ve been struggling and this maybe sound silly? But your apartment is so dark! Natural sunlight does SO MUCH to alleviate mood. If you’re able, it might be worth it to look for a new place. Even if it’s in the same complex at a better angle. When I discovered how depressed I get without sunlight, I make it a point to leave my blinds open as much as possible. It’s helped me sooo much

as services try to slice and dice ownership do not open that cd until u need it! I was in hurricane ida recently-ish and we had a way to play music but all the people crowded around our power source and the discord of people choosing songs was becoming like, an actual social problem. a neighbor showed up with a cd book and having the item there saved the day somehow course we (some mellenials with overland van parts) didn't have a cd player in 2021? and a neighbor showed up w/ a cd book and a player on hand and it was a mood saver for 13+ peeps. there was a like-new trans siberia orchestra in the pile nd it was dope. we used it as fuel to remove like 3 hrs of debris from the road.
