    You were so inspiring in your video, I had to go out and get the ingredients to make them.
    They turned out absoutely delicious and I ate every one of them over the last few days. So so good! I went out today and got more ingredients to make another batch. Very easy to make and so Yummy. Thank you for making this wonderful video. Wish I could post you a picture

    Dear Yiayia Maria: Loved watching you make these delicious and healthy tiropites from your mother's recipe. You further inspired me to roll up my sleeves and make a couple of dozens myself this morning. Furthermore, I called some Russian neighbors in for a spot of tea and tiropites. They were totally taken by the crispiness and flavor of these tiropites and asked me when will I make them again. I told them very soon but not necessarily to wait for me because they should order your wonderful recipe book and make some themselves!! How about that, Yiayia? ♡♡ S'agapo♡♡ & Eucharisto!

    Yiayia,I hope that you don't mind that I have a few questions?
    Is the Feta domestic or imported and which will give the best flavor & texture?
    Does it matter what brand cream cheese is used?
    Do you use the whole egg or just the yolk?
    How many pieces will you get from this amount of mix?
    What size is the scoop?
    How long will they last in the freezer?
    Do I have to thaw the frozen tiropites before baking or can I pu them directly in the oven?

    Oh my God madam...!!! You say that your roots are in Kalamata area and you wet the fillo layers with BUTTER??? Haven't you tried to do it with the WONDERFUL Greek olive-oil...??? I am really shocked... :-(
