Tom and Jasmine are such cool presenters, I love their warm personalities and enthusiasm. As for this property, it really has the wow factor. The way it blends into the outdoors is amazing. An architectural masterpiece with gorgeous shapes and angles, so unique.
My partner and I watched this and thought it was possibly the best house we have watched so far on LHS. It is chic perfection. The owner should be an adviser to others on home style
This is quite nice. I, though, would like to have a major landscape feature for the view. And I want the landscape brought to life/animated with moving people or objects. I would typically want a view over a street looking into a beach or a bay, with people holding hands, playing, chatting, strolling, or merely moving about, in close proximity, and with yachts or ships heaving and trudging in the distance. I would, likewise, want a view over a lake or a river, with people buzzing on the banks/shores or climbing the cliffs in the distance. I would also love to have a view of a busy pedestrian street in my immediate vicinity, views of night life beyond that, and the skyline beyond the nightlife.
Fantastic to see some decent gym equipment in this home gym. Most of these luxury home gym spaces have such lame equipment. There was one £10m house (can't remember which one) whose home gym had a £50 Argos bench, a couple of 5kg dumbbells and a plastic skipping rope.
Didn't think I'd like this, but I really like all of the black, you'd think it would be very dark, but it's not. I can't choose the best art piece, I love it all.....extremely well designed beautiful home that I would love to own ❤
Darker hues have the potential to influence mood and create the illusion of a more compact space. Additionally, black has a higher heat absorption rate, potentially leading to increased indoor temperatures and higher cooling expenses. Despite these factors, the design remains exceptional. Should I proceed with the purchase of this home, I would consider repainting with lighter shades such as white or ash to mitigate these effects.
brilliant house , love it to bits , great design , furnitures and artwork, nailed it completely.. very good presentation by Jasmine and her outfit which suited her perfectly .. Tom a little more interaction from behind the camera, to break up the information would bring the tour up a level , if it works For Enes it will work for you guys ...
Well done LH and Tom and Jasmine :) I agree with you find the dark calming not gloomy at all but would have thought to have the kitchen a bit lighter and not the seating area across the landing. I am not one for low beds either or statues. I didn't mind the portrait pieces but wouldn't have one in my room to be stared at. I liked the amount of space in the Shard than his original which I have seen. Great deal with charger :) Though would have covered the pool and have a door separating it so young kids visiting could not get in without supervision and heated so could use anytime.
Clinton is an unapologetic stern perfectionist. I think he would agree with an OCD diagnosis. It works for him professionally and personally. Although I imagine his children would prefer a more laid back dad. Imagine being a teen with no say in how his/her/they decorate their room. I must admit I did not care for the exterior architecture of the previous build. Three builds ago was actually pretty spectacular. It was well balanced throughout. Externally the last build looked like an American strip mall or a converted 60s era service garage. Like the last build, Clinton has taken the absense of color to the extreme. This build, while architecturally stunning and finished to an impeccably high standard, is too dark for my tastes. I would better appreciate this cooling dark cave like interior in a hot climate. Here in the London we need warm bright interiors to compensate for our dark cool climate. I believe this house would result in severe depression 10 months of the year. My first order of business, if I were to acquire this property for use other than a summer home, would be to white wash all of the internal brickwork, lighten painted walls, and swap out the dark tinted glass internally. That said i look forward to seeing Clintons next project. I can guarantee this is not his last build. Quick question...... what happened to the penile appendage on the statue? Did it break off during the move? Removed for modesty? Or am I remembering an appendage that was never there?
I remember this guy from Grand Designs - he had the same artwork of the boy in red at the entrance of his other house. This place is nice, but a bit too dark and masculine for me.
I dint understand why you have to limit your space based on the number of people who live there, if you have a bigger property you can have friends and family stay without too much interference into your personal space, which lone livers are used to
@karencooper3428 I think there is limited land with option for residential building (such as no building on greenbelt) This plot could have had atleast three generous family homes with privacy landscaping between them. Or 10+ terraced 3bed properties with gardens, housing 30+. Instead this home is advertised for filming shoots, so I expect its a partime home and for 1-2 adults the majority of the time. So the wealthy introverts/extroverts live with privacy, luxury potentially at the cost of increased housing costs for many people (creates more demand, less supply for land), and less privacy, lower quality home life for more people. Also mention the energy consumption to build and heat/air condition (with all the glazing and no solar panels, only bedrooms being subterranean) aswell as natural resources used. We are supposed to be making progressive environmental choices, how are homes this inefficient, decadent, given the go ahead... again, wealth/power.
I like the design, but it is far too dark for my liking. I can just imagine this on a dark, grey, rainy day (so 300+ days a year in the UK) being oppressive and dim. This would work brilliantly in a very sunny country, but not here. It's just too cold, too post-apocalyptic looking. Sorry. I prefer his first house to this.
I always wanted to know other than RUclips views, how are people like this making money from filming the tour of a property, or am I incorrect and the income just comes from views, does anyone know? Also, how are you paying the people who narrate and film ? thanks, everyone have a great day .
For the homes that are for sale, they will likely be getting some kind of commission/payment for helping to market it. For the rest, with 700k viewers they'll be making a fair amount of google ad revenue plus sponsorships will bring in okay money given the targeted audience dynamic they can offer.
Sorry but modern designers are behind the curve on this. Modern design ages terribly and it's aesthetically ugly. Black exterior, black interior, good luck selling it but from this end its a beautiful location with a house that looks completely out of place.
@@brutusoftroy2810 Have to agree with you there. Not only do I find this house ugly, but it just too busy and all over. Terrible design and terrible colour.
If they don't they have ventilation of course so doesn't smell actually they mostly use an air circulation system that cleans the air in the home in every room.

Lovely home!
Tom and Jas, I only watch the videos you present, you are the best!
Agreed!
= lovely
see eye doctor. sooner is better!
The shape of the cuboid window in the gym is called a trapezium. The window is also the same shape as the outdoor swimming pool.
Absolutely loved this! Great presentation of the property and I love Clinton's style
I really love Jasmine’s presentation.
She is so upbeat and informative.

I'm really a fan of the darker pallette, it has a sense of warmth and security for me, to be honest. Great video of an incredibly stylish home. 😊
Yas! Love the Jas and Tom dynamic
Very interesting design and aesthetic choices! Thanks for touring us around that gorgeous home, Jas and Tom!
Thank you for the amazing tours
Have a great day and life

Nice tour of this great house. Greetings from Germany👍

Great job guys. That kitchen is so cool 😎 in black. This house is amazing.

Clinton Dall your a genius loved Pavelo the best to be honest but both have the WOW factor indeed. When's this one for sale lol....
The style is really my cup of tea but the architecture is just spectacular, will be logging this one away for lottery winning inspo! 😂
I prefer bright and white colours, they genuinely lift your mood😊
17:13 Okay I know it's just about a nice house tour, but that picture right there.. has to be haunted. 👀 x)
This house is beautiful
Just like jazzie
8:18 the window shape is Trapezium
Perfection....I'd like to know - is the interior and exterior cladding actually wood or something like Millboard?
Beautiful presentation. Beautiful house.

Yeah I've always wondered how outdoor pools work out in the UK given we don't have the best weather even in the summer time
And yes I also I'm not one for sculptures and statues I don't really see the point of them
Stunning property.
What's the price to buy if i may ask?
Beautiful home. That black kitchen will drive me crazy if it gets fingerprints all over.
What is the flooring used here? Insights please

Does anyone know the supplier of the wall and floor tiles please?
Personally, not enough black. I need MORE! 😅
good one!
nice, i really loved this one. what is the property valued at?
i really like this. very masculine, clean lines, very moody, downside its a dust magnet with all the dark wood
Stunning
5:50 SIU!
Stunning property, but too dark for my taste🤷♂️
Is this the UK?
amazing home
"A rhombus", which is certainly not a rhombus, but it truly made me laugh, 'cause even I was lost for guesses.
Insider certificate inn the field intrest inn theatre certificate.,😊

Me gusta la casa , pero demasiado negro muy oscura😬
This is my dream home❤
Pavello for me ~

5:51 SIUUUUUUU
I found the winner 🏆

What is the price of this property?🐸
Beautiful home, seems unnecessarily large for what appears to be just one person though.
Iirc from the show about the first house, he has several children.

The owner needs to build a grey house now
Easily this is the best property you’ve done to date.

Jas is always perfect. The house? Not for me. Awful. Too modern, too black, too big.
This would make an incredible hotel. Sorry homeowner.

too dark
Black kitchen, o dear, how can you see anything 😂😅
Современный интерьер, больше похож на берлогу холостяка, или дачу.
I remember this as a Rothschild estate. Nice bit of architecture.
There’s no way anyone cooks in that kitchen. 🤭
the lady is so hot
James bonds gaff..batmans lair.. ohh talk dirty to me Jas...dont stop.
I have a doubt: do English landlords like the smell of sh*t?
Why all the bathrooms in these fabulous homes haven't windows?
