    What is your standard workflow? Frequency Seperation -> Liquify half -> flip > Liquify other half -> Cut out? Or do you do the freq seperation in other steps depending on the needs

      I usually retouch creases/ marks before cut out and I use frequency separation only when needed.

    thank you so much, really appreciate your content. I do have a question regarding the jumper. The light conditions used were perfect for the following editing on photoshop, but i personally prefer to shoot with just one light. When I try to place it on a white background as you did with the jumper on photoshop does not work so well because of the light nuances on my item. Do you have any tips? It would be great if you could a tutorial with just one light.

      You just keep the whole garment as it is, styling properly both sides.
