I've got to say Senegalese are good people at heart, I happen to have a chance to witness this because I work alongside two of them, one just recently arrived through a long process of paperwork, wich is ok he's a nice guy and hard working but the other has been here for several years now, he married a white french girl who went there to marry him, his visa was assured through her, but their relationship didn't last very long unfortunately, but he said he loves his religion, they can marry as many times as they want, he just recently remarried a girl from his country, going back to the roots, and filling out the imagration papers for her to come here.... Sadly people use others for their own agenda.

French is the national language, but a huge portion of the population can also speak and write Arabic , many even speak it fluently because families send their kids to Franco- Arabic schools .
Nashmi - نۨــشــمۘـــي french is the official language but we all speak Wolof as our National language despite our mother languages. It’s beautiful to have a country where everyone can speak the same language even when they are from different ethnic groups
