Piedmont thank you!!!!! LOL - but I appreciate your stance on not giving our the name of the lake. You are 100 percent correct - it would blow up that lake in a matter of weeks and then the locals would be pissed!!!!! Thank you and great video.
If it's a southern Ohio lake, I'd guess that it's Caesar Creek Lake as it has muskies. They used to stock Cowan Lake with muskies but that was a long time ago. ]
@user-ib1li6ee9j For sure man. With the size of that lake I would need to use my big motor which unfortunately is not within the horsepower restriction of that lake.
You got a new follower, I've fished that lake since I was about 7 or 8. Me and my dad go out there as much as possible when we have time, since we're both in construction lol, if I see you out, Ill be sure to say hey! Good fishing brother
Awesome man...thanks for watching and maybe I'll see you out there! My new episode is launching Thursday and will be from this lake again so I'm sure you'll enjoy it
@ccgustafsonscooters No. Only bodies of water that have them. Depending on what state you live in you can access the dnr website and see where they stock them. Plenty of info online
It's still pretty warm in the Ohio lakes right now due to warm air temps so I would stay off the lakes and fish cooler waters for the safety of the fish. Once things cool down any of the Musky lakes in Ohio are great as all the ones they stock are high population.
I remember Joe Bucher once saying that ‘too many musky fisherman own the fish before they actually “own” it (as actually in the net)’. He was right and you did some good contemplating about what could have caused the missed opportunities, adapted your fishing (and rod) and it led to a great result! Congrats! That’s the content I like a lot, to learn from
Thanks for watching. Typically I don't name lakes publicly just to protect it for other anglers but any of the stocked Musky waters in Ohio are just as good as the next
Thanks for the comment. You have to understand social media and especially youtube is a very powerful platform. I have millions of views on my videos when you combine Instagram and RUclips. For me to name anything publicly can cause a single spot or body of water to blow up and that doesn't ruin it for me as much it could for someone who considers that their honey hole...If you really want to know feel free to DM me.

Thanks for watching but hey a couple people on here think this is Ceasars creek so you might be wrong😉
How about CJ Brown 🤣🤣🤣 that’s a great musky lake here in OH Hargus lake also used to be a good musky spot back in the day
@@AllSeasonsOutdoorsmen 🤣
Your rite
No it wouldn't. He doesn't even have enough subscribers to blow a spot up
Absolutely awesome, man! I've never targeted muskie at casers Creek, but my son and I are Hooked on the idea this season✌️✌️🎣
Awesome man...good luck if you do and make sure you have all the proper catch and release tools. 😀

Looks like Leesville to me
I live within 30 minutes of 6 of the possible lakes he is fishing. Bass, muskie, crappie, catfish, saugeye and perch all around me!
@Gh0stDrag0n1 Awesome man...lots of lakes out there with plenty of fish for everyone!
Nice work Sam! Loved the mid air net catch! That was cool. Those fish were getting some air!! 👍
Thanks Kyle. Just finished watching one of your videos ironically 🤣. Definitely some jumpers for sure!
You should try clearfork reservoir
@jopants5160 ide love to at some point. I live somewhat close to the eastern OH lakes but the central/western are a several hour drive
@sgangling Yeah, Ohio is a big state, but there are some beasts in the clearfork reservoir and in the river below.
You should give pymatuning lake on the edge of north east ohio and PA its known for having the biggest muskie anywhere in ohio or west branch lake
@user-ib1li6ee9j For sure man. With the size of that lake I would need to use my big motor which unfortunately is not within the horsepower restriction of that lake.
That first one almost landed in the net! Nice vid and great action
Thanks man....so close

Great camera work when they are breaking water!
Thank you!
I Hate a Toothy Critter! They Love my bass lures though. I have caught some absolute Giants. To each his own, I get it. Great video.
Bass guys catch more toothy critters than I do lol. Thanks for watching!
@@sgangling Bass guys catch more crappie, crappie guys catch more bass, etc LOL
Love the video!! Are you using a Meps spinner?
Thank you! No not a meps but a small spinner.
Sam, you’ll have to share what lake you were on. Thanks
Thanks for watching! Typically I prefer not to name lakes publicly especially this time of year when water temps are 80+.
Looks like alum creek but i could be wrong
Can you catch musky in any big body of water?
@ccgustafsonscooters No. Only bodies of water that have them. Depending on what state you live in you can access the dnr website and see where they stock them. Plenty of info online
@adamballinger1358 not alum
Leesville
What is this lake called planning to catch a Muskie next week in Ohio?
It's still pretty warm in the Ohio lakes right now due to warm air temps so I would stay off the lakes and fish cooler waters for the safety of the fish. Once things cool down any of the Musky lakes in Ohio are great as all the ones they stock are high population.
Leesville Lake, Carroll County
If you have never fished Clear fork reservoir for musky you should give it a look it's loaded with pigs
I have never fish clear fork...but that's pretty far for me. Would love to try it some day though!
it's not west branch or pam !
Location?
Ohio

Thank you for the kind words and glad you enjoyed it 👍👍👍
Podcast?
Musky Hunks. Ever listened?
@@sganglingno but I will check it out!
@bthayer7797 not my podcast but some good local PA guys.
What lake is that?
Thanks for watching. Typically I don't name lakes publicly just to protect it for other anglers but any of the stocked Musky waters in Ohio are just as good as the next
No lake name= all done
Typically I don't name bodies of water publicly. I try to protect waters for other anglers that may refer to it as their "honey hole"
Leesville Carroll County
'Promosm'
I get not naming spots and whatnot, but being secretive about what lake your fishing is a bit ridiculous.

Probably salt fork
That's why nobody subscribes
