    Love how the ferrets don’t play about as soon as you put them to the hole there straight down

    The jill kit I got off you last year has grown up now and she has come into season so I've allowed her to mate with my polecat hob. I'll have to wait a week or two to see if it was successful though because her vulva is still quite large. Thanks for reserving her for me last summer she is ace she knows her name, does tricks like standing on her hind legs for a treat and is an overall great companion for my hob and my family.

      @@RabbitExpress I found my Viz has another level of a nose to any of my other working dogs, very quick has also tackled some Monk Jacks but they do have noise so always wonderd what they would be like above a warren. What else will you do with the Viz pup?

    • @RabbitExpress
      @RabbitExpress  2 года назад

      @@billlewis9214 the vizsla pup "willow" has only been out ferreting and lamping a few times and will catch and retrieve rabbits both day and night no problem but she will be staying on the gun from now on as have a 15 week old lurcher pup I'm bringing on as paige is 10 now so about right time. Paige will do just about everything

  • @billycrotty4102

    Iv had various different crosses of lurchers over the years and this well put together clip shows they are really the only dog worth using with the possible exception of a whippet if the country and weather is kind, gundogs and terriers IMO are a complete waste of time whilst your out ferreting they can't catch the ones that evade the nets get in the way and in the case of a terrier needlessly bruise the rabbits.
