From the title I thought kami would've punished Minato and Kushina for abandoning Naruto to have more children in secret. It's been a while since I've heard this story, so my options and comments might be wrong. If I remember correctly, Naruto never forgave and hated his parents. I especially liked it when Minato REALLY gave Kakashi and Jiraiya a piece of his mind. I'm amazed that it took Minato lecturing Kakashi and Jiraiya to realize their mistakes. However, I REALLY don't agree of what the third Hokage did to Naruto. He could've given a picture of Minato and kushina to Naruto, and tell him that they loved him more than anything.
You know... all this could have been solved or fixed with a DNA test with seals to make sure no tricks or mistakes were done.... the forced it can't be true can only go so far ... but meh author choice 😊
