Hey, Deandra! I’ve been a supporter since seeing you on BIP and just wanted to say I admire you so much. You inspire me to continue to prioritize my wellness physically and mentally. I’m sure it isn’t easy to put yourself out there, but I always appreciate your content. 🫶🏽

I grind my teeth as well, it even affected my eyes. I knew about my allergies but I don’t want to stay taking antihistamines for the rest of my life so now I am seriously considering doing botox on my jaws😮 which is scary. I might just take your advice and get an air purifier first.

I would def figure out what you’re specifically allergic to so you can figure out how to best mitigate it! For me I had to get a mattress cover, air purifier and be careful in grassy areas. Also - I wear a night guard at night made by my dentist in case you haven’t tried that yet!

@@DeandraKanu thank you for your reply. I have been using a mouth guard for 9 months now. I have a mattress cover, I think it has something to do with my sleep posture as well.
