Evil black “leaders” are blaming “racism” for police killing blacks, rather than push in a major way to restore families and respect for authority in the black community.
BOND is a nationally recognized 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization dedicated to "Rebuilding the Family by Rebuilding the Man." Founded in 1990 by Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson, BOND offers family and indiviual counseling, mentoring, workshops, townhalls, and other programs and services designed to help men and families. The organization is based in Los Angeles, but has national reach through its various media platforms.
You can't force intergretion, you can't force people to love or like each other, it will come naturally....

Jesse Lee Peterson, as a white male I found this conversation very encouraging and I hope it progresses in the black community. Ultimately real "Respect" is always earned. It can never be demanded or legislated. And if it is legislated it will result in resentment and anger---not respect. Which is what we are seeing today in our nation. As far as the discussion on "social conditioning", let me make the point that what was talked about is simply how the human brain works. And it cannot work any differently. You assess danger to yourself by your prior experience and by what you believe from sources outside yourself that you trust. Now, when dealing with human beings your "social conditioning" may be wrong. But trying to suppress that conditioning will never work. In order to change social conditioning you have to take time to experience a "new" history, a new "social conditioning" . And more power to you as a brother "in Christ" Mr. Jesse Lee Peterson to begin changing the social conditioning in the black community. You have earned my respect and I'm looking forward to seeing you on Stefan Molyneux's show!

I have a black female cousin that we were friends and hung out some when we were younger. I just saw her at a family gathering and she is raising her sister's two young children (my other cousin ). She is very nice but she was so harsh with the kids...I was surprised ! She grew up in a black community and I had people tell me that is how black woman raise their kids and it made me sad . I can't imagine what anger that would put in children to be treated so harshly :(
Jesse, while you try to hold the black community to account, you also oversimplify what triggers a great deal of what does happen and is happening. You insult the good people that have come from single-parent homes as if they are less than those that come from homes with mother and father (which those homes can be just as and even more so broken than the single-parent home). Whatever you think of BLM is your choice. However, that movement is only a few years old. The race problem in America has been forced since the inception of this country. Realize, I do not hate this country. I am a Untied States Marine Corps veteran. Yes black people should be held to account for our part in the madness. However, for you to say that we bear all the burden of the mayhem that is happening is irresponsible on your part. You have interviewed guests on your radio show that say they teach their children to hate black (and other) people. Do you honestly think that history is not being carried into the future by SOME white people just like it is by SOME black people. Do you not see that white people have some ownership in how things are? White people are just as angry as you say black people are. You may disagree, but everyone that disagrees with you can't be wrong about everything. You want people to open their mind and see things from you perspective. Should you not do the same?

I would never think that I would agree with anything Jesse Lee Peterson would say but I agree with his statement regarding integration. I always stated that integration was the down fall of the American black.But then Peterson ignorance returned when he compared the 'Black Lives Matter movement to the KKK.Lets be serious
Carol Sobel, the attorney representing Jackson and his son Jonathan, told the Washington Post that the judge's decision to throw out most of the claims in the suit was a "total vindication," adding, "We are thrilled. (Peterson) makes a living attacking Rev. Jackson, and this case has been a propaganda machine for him."
And Washington Post is a liberal propaganda machine.

This was interesting and I agree with a lot of this. I think black and whites need more honest communication. But as far a the guy talking at the end about woman seeing a black man and holding on to their purse tighter. It's called self protection and maybe he wouldn't do it but woman are more easily attacked ! It's not just white woman clutching their purses it's most woman period !
