Perhaps you’ve gotten this by now, but Blitzo saying “What are you doing? I don’t deserve this?” isn’t referring to whether he deserves punishment. He is saying that he doesn’t deserve for Stolas to step in and take the fall for him. He doesn’t feel he is worthy of such devotion from anyone.

Queen Bee's new outfit was meant to resemble an animal tamer, since she and the other Deadly Sins are themed after circus performers (Lucifer is the ringmaster, Satan is the strongman, Mammon is the clown, Ozzy is the magician, Belphegor is the fortune teller, and Leviathan is the conjoined twins you'd see in a freak show).
