I had the same issue as you, how I solved it was with a vpn acting as I was in china setup the app and it worked straight away. After I turned the vpn off the software still works after setup
I want to know that why you increase the price rs.2,999 i search that this earbuds launch 199Yuan in china and 27$ dollar in USA its around rs2,300 and i thought your launching this rs.1,999 i don't expect from redmi and xaomi .... better like Realme, one plus, oppo they selling in India lower the price of Chinese Market so don't buy overpriced earbuds expect if your rich person........ Scamming in India 😮💨😮💨 Todays people don't know they are Scamming....
