The reason the board is upside down is for that flex you felt while riding it. This used to be a big part of skateboarding in the 60s and is why there was companies like Fiberflex and Powerflex. It's all but a lost art in skateboarding now. As you turn try to get the board to flex as much as possible. The more it flexes the tighter you will turn. A good board has a good ratio between flex and rebound. This becomes sort of a game. You get the most flex by putting your weight in the center of the board but at the same time it's the hardest place to balance. So the trick is to find a stance that maximizes flex and keeps your balance. There's an old photo of Skip Frye flexing a board hard in a Gordan and Smith skateboarding ad that's a good example. It's cool that Niel Blender has brought back this aspect of skateboarding. Also cool to see you building polarizers.
All you did was take a normal skateboard and sharp the end of the nose, then turn it upside down and apply grip tape on the bottom. I've made one.. yes they turn quick.
Beautiful setup! Very good idea with the thin “Nuts 4 You” nut…and using the 6 washers to increase width! Great Work! I am stoked that I found this channel!!!😊

Hi, where i can buy the sure grip polarizer complete skateboard online in Italy or Europe please?
Liu Puli
best polarizer video I've found- thanks! 🤙
I wish the axls had less thread, i hate the idea of bearings restinf on there spinning
The trucks are on the wrong side and the grip tape is on the wrong side that board is upside down....😮
