I absolutely LOVE THIS HOLY COW!!!! The only tiny minor change I'd make is that Orpheus never knew whether or not she was truly following him or not since in the original myth he only turned around at the final second because he believed Hades was playing a cruel prank on him..just to turn around and see his love for a split second only to be taken away
I agree but I’m fine with it as is because he’s given hope before given the command. If Orpheus was right, then Eurydice stayed by Hades’ side the whole time he was leaving the Underworld. That’s heavy
