In the case of preparing a composite material consisting of two different materials, how can I determine the percentage ratio of the two different materials in the ANSYS program?

Bro, the Plastic is pressed against the Rubber part by screwing on four corners. What kind of analysis have to be done in ansys to identify the stress at the plastic part...any idea..thanks in advance
